Sam is a highly experienced titled musculoskeletal physiotherapist, one of just a few in the North Brisbane region. He completed his Physiotherapy degree at RGUHS in 2006, followed by his Musculoskeletal Masters at The University of Queensland in Brisbane in 2017 — placing him in the top 8% of Australian physiotherapists.

Sam utilises a “hands-on” and functional approach to treatment, forming clinical diagnoses through thorough assessment. He has over 17 years of experience working in spinal, sports, and rehabilitative physiotherapy across private practice, public hospitals, and in mentoring junior physiotherapists and students.

He has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Sam has spent years working with various Sydney, Brisbane, and Sunshine Coast sporting organisations, including:

- Fijian National Rugby Union Team

- WTA Indian Open

- Top 20 Torian Pro Athletes

- Elite Swimmers

- State-Level Cricket Players

This experience has given him deep insight into the types of injuries athletes face — and how best to treat them.

Sam thrives on connecting with people and finds nothing more rewarding than helping individuals of all ages and abilities reach their goals. He’s particularly drawn to difficult or complex cases and is frequently sought out in North Brisbane for expert management advice.

A former competitive cricketer, Sam now enjoys a full and vibrant life. His personal interests include cricket, soccer, great food, and wine.
